It's A Red White and Blue Quilt

To celebrate Independence Day, I decided to complete this red, white and blue quilt top.




I found this quilt kit while at the Paducah quilt show in April. A wonderful array of blue and white batik fabrics, jazzed up with a touch of red. The pattern is from Kim Schaefer's book, Cozy Modern Quilts. So easy to make - just 5 blocks x 5 rows! And wouldn't this be wonderful in solids or florals or plaids - oh my!

I think this should be quilted with a contemporary quilting design. Hummmm! Now which long-arm quilter do I know with a wide array of contemporary quilting designs??
