Okay...it's week end and I'm still on goal. My goal is to cycle 9 miles and walk 6 miles each week. Here's how it went: I did 6 cycle miles and 10.4 walk miles. You are right, I reversed the walk/cycle routine, but hey...still got the total right - 16.4 miles for the week. Yes I can improv(e) my quilter's butt!
