Every now and then -
Listen to yourself . What are you saying about yourself - out loud and in your head. If you are talking negatively, ask yourself why. Who taught you to believe you are less than what you are? When did you start believing them? When did this become your emotional lifestyle?
Begin to use encouraging words on yourself .
Give yourself the value that you deserve.
